If you wish to report your child's absence, please use the following process.
Phone 01424 439888 before 8am of the morning of absence and choose:
- option 1 for Helenswood Campus (years 7 and 8) or
- option 2 for William Parker Campus (years 9 to 11)

There has always been a strong link between good attendance and good academic outcomes. This combined with parental involvement can allow for huge impact on the progress and development for their children across all year groups.
The table below highlights the learning time lost when a student is absent. It’s interesting to note that 90% sounds positive in other situations, but in the context of students missing time it is seen as ‘persistent absence’ and is a serious matter, considering the impact on their academic outcomes.
