Get involved in Place2Be's fundraiser.

Monday 20 April 2020

Place2Be is continuing to work with Ark Alexandra Academy's students, staff and families, providing mental health and wellbeing support during the COVID-19 school closures. Place2Be have an opportunity for those who want to keep healthy, and at the same time, raise funds for the continuation of Place2Be mental health support in schools nationwide.

Become a Home Hero for the day by taking part in The 2.6 Challenge with Place2Be

What is the 2.6 Challenge?

The 2.6 Challenge is a nation-wide virtual fundraising event happening on Sunday 26 April, when the London Marathon would have taken place.

How can I get involved?

We're asking you to join the rest of the UK by doing your very own #TwoPointSixChallenge. All you have to do is dream up an activity of your choice based around the numbers 2.6 or 26 and fundraise or donate to support Place2Be. This can be anything. From walking, running or cycling 2.6 miles, juggling for 2.6 minutes, to holding online workouts with 26 friends. The ideas and options are endless! The only requirement is that you must follow Government guidelines on exercise and social distancing.
