The Year 8 Ark Alexandra Academy Basketball Team came out victorious against a strong St Leonards Academy side with a final score of 18-6. Ark Alexandra showed exceptional teamwork throughout the game with moments of individual brilliance from all players. Ark Alexandra established an early lead in the first quarter with some great baskets from Stanley and Riley, St Leonards Academy proved to be tough in the second third but all players in the Ark Alexandra team showed their resilience to push the score on in the final third to take the win.
The year 8 basketball team are still unbeaten in their league with a couple more games to be played.
