How to apply
Applications for places at Ark Alexandra will be made in accordance with East Sussex County Council's co-ordinated admission arrangements.
Applications can be submitted through the East Sussex County Council website, using the link below.
Applications to start school in September 2025 needed to be submitted by the 31st of October 2024.
Parents are notified by East Sussex County Council on the 1st of March 2025 if their application was successful.

Staff members will be visiting every child in their primary school to get to know them and to prepare them for the July Transition Days. Where visits cannot be done, calls will be arranged with primary schools to ensure a thorough handover is received. |

Parent letter outlining further information on our Year 6 induction events and arrangements for the start of term in September. |

Year 6 Parent and Student Induction Evening at Ark Alexandra Academy. This is an opportunity to meet your child’s tutor and Head of Year and visit the campus your child will be attending. |

SEND Student Induction Day, at Ark Alexandra Academy. Separate information will be sent to parents of eligible students. |

3 July |
Year 6 Student Induction Day at Ark Alexandra Academy, including an opportunity to meet your buddy! There will be an opportunity at the end of the day for parents to join. |

1 June -19 July |
You will receive a welcome phone call from a member of the Ark Alexandra leadership team. Look out in the post for a welcome gift from us and a final letter setting out arrangements for the start of term. |
