Students across the school have been celebrated this week for their outstanding commitment and determination after successfully completing their Bronze and Silver Duke of Edinburgh’s Awards.
Following last week’s presentation to cadets, all remaining award recipients were formally recognised, receiving their certificates and badges in acknowledgement of their hard work and perseverance.
Over recent months, students have dedicated significant time and effort to completing the four key sections of the nationally respected programme. These included volunteering within the community, developing a new skill, participating in regular physical activity, and successfully completing their expedition.
Staff praised participants for demonstrating resilience, independence, and teamwork throughout the process. Many students balanced their Duke of Edinburgh commitments alongside academic studies and other responsibilities, highlighting their impressive organisation and dedication.
The school congratulates all award holders on this fantastic achievement and looks forward to supporting even more students as they begin their own Duke of Edinburgh journeys in the year ahead.
