As we prepare for the new academic year, we recognise that the cost of school uniform can place additional pressure on families. To help support our school community, we are launching a Uniform Drop, Swap & Low-Cost Sale for both our current students and our incoming Year 7 students joining us in September 2026.
This initiative will provide families with access to good-quality pre-loved uniform items at greatly reduced prices, helping to make school uniform more affordable while also reducing clothing waste and supporting our commitment to sustainability.
How You Can Help
We would be grateful for donations of clean, good-quality uniform items that are no longer needed. In particular, we would like to encourage our Year 11 leavers to donate any uniform that is still in good condition so that it can benefit younger students and families within our school community.
Items that are especially welcome include:
Blazers
Ties
Jumpers
PE kit
School trousers and skirts
School shirts and blouses
Coats and other school-branded items
What Happens Next?
Donated items will be sorted and made available through a uniform swap scheme and a low-cost sale ahead of the new school year.
Please drop any items at either of the school offices and leave your name and details if you would like to swap for another item and we will do our best make this possible. Items donated need to be dropped off by Thursday 2nd July.
The uniform swap and sale event will be held on Friday 3rd July 10:00am-15:00pm on both campus’ canteen area. Helenswood will enter via the sports centre entrance and William Parker via Park Avenue entrance.
Thank you for supporting this initiative and helping us make a positive difference for families while promoting a more sustainable approach to school uniform.
Together, we can support our community and give pre-loved uniform a new life.
(Items from lost property are available to claim until Thursday 2nd July. Any unclaimed items will be added to the sale).
