This week at cadets, we had our older cadets take the lead in some indoor team work activities. They had to ensure that they lead well from the front, and ensured that all cadets were able to take part within the tasks.

They rotated through bench ball, hungry hippos, and a skill game of balancing. The session was completed with a team obstacle course. The cadets all had great fun and worked well within their teams and made up of lots of different years.
