Welcome to Year 11
Year 11 is an important year, but it is also a busy one for our students. Over the coming months, students will prepare for their mock examinations, make decisions about their post-16 pathways, and work towards achieving their best possible GCSE outcomes.
Success in Year 11 is built on consistent attendance, excellent effort in lessons, and regular revision at home. Throughout the year, we will work closely with students and families to provide the guidance, support and resources needed to help every student succeed.

We encourage parents and carers to check back regularly and to work in partnership with us to support their child's progress.

Mock Exam Timetable
College Open Days
There are a number of upcoming Post-16 open events at local schools and colleges, and we strongly encourage students and families to attend. These events provide an excellent opportunity to explore courses, speak to staff and students, and consider the pathways available from September 2027.

We recognise that Year 11 can be both an exciting and challenging time for students. As they prepare for mock examinations, make decisions about their next steps, and work towards their GCSEs, there may be times when they feel under pressure.
Please remember that students do not have to manage these challenges alone. If you or your child have any concerns about their wellbeing, workload, attendance, or progress, please contact our pastoral team. They are on hand to provide guidance, support and practical strategies to help students navigate the year successfully.
